To Surfers Path: What’s wrong, can’t you guys handle a little heat, (the truth), two of my previous posts, have disappeared from this site, here we go again. What an abomination, a nike ad, in Surfers Path, a mainstream, track and field, shoe company, trying o buy its way into the surf culture. Its bad enough, that the surf inustry, (Quickdollar, rip cur, ect.), have practically sold out, they could care less now, who wears one of their tees, as long as they make a buck at the end of the day. What real surfer, (worth his salt), who knows anythnig about our past, would welcome nike, (or hurley, for that matter, a company now owned by nike. Tony Carson big island

Its bad enough, that the surf industry, (quickdollar, billabog, ect.), have practically sold out, they could care less now, who buys one of their tees, as long as they make a profit at the end of the day. What really hard core surfer, (worth his salt), who knows anything about surfing’s past, would welcome nike, (or hurley, for that matter, a company now owned by nike.
