		<description><![CDATA[I think this is a great idea but as usual I am always sceptical when profit making businesses use the word &quot;preserve&quot;. To me that means efforts will be made to stop changes, to the break, beach, rocks, trees etc. This will cost money and where will this come from. Sponsorship from surf brands, large companies and anything needing publicity. I fear privatisation of places like this. Shortly followed by coloured wristbands and an hourly charge.
