About DC Green
Since the release of his first children’s book two years ago, the critically acclaimed Erasmus James and the Galactic Zapp Machine, DC Green has built a large grass roots fan base by performing at over 100 schools a year, including over 70 on the South Coast and 25 in the Canberra region.
For the 20 years before that, Green was hailed as one of the world’s best surf journalists, travelling to the greatest surf spots on Earth and documenting the lives of the heroes of surfing. Says Green: “I’ve been fortunate to meet all the world surfing champions from Kelly Slater to Nat Young. Some of these surf legends I’ve even beaten – at pool!”
Winning awards for both his fiction writing and his ground-breaking coverage of the Bali bombings, Green has been published by the leading surf magazines in Australia, USA, Europe, Japan, Brazil , South Africa and Indonesia and in a dozen anthologies. His website is dcgreenyarns.blogspot.com
