The all new Loose-Fit Surf Shop and Cafe has now opened in Braunton, North Devon. It’s the world’s first and only carbon neutral surf shop, so you can browse a wide choice of boards and kit with the best possible advice to ensure the perfect purchase every time in a green environment.
You’ll discover a fantastic range of clothing from howies, Loose-Fit Organic, The Ryde, Mojito and Colonel Kilgore as well West Wetsuits, specialist surfing equipment, longboard fins, jewellery and a great selection of hand picked films, books, music and art.
An unrivaled choice choice of over 100 stock surfboards ranging from high performance thrusters right through to classic handcrafted logs. And every board imaginable in between! All boards crafted by world class shapers including McTavish, Loose-Fit, Mojito, G&S, Takayama, McCoy and Wegener.
Not only does the new store offer all the very best surfboards and clothing, but it also houses a cafe serving organic ‘triple certified’ coffees. This means the coffee has been approved by Fair Trade Foundation , The Rainforest Alliance and the Soil Association. If you like it, they’ll also be selling bags to take home with you. They’re also serving tea grown on a plantation in the Tregothnan Botanical Gardens just down the road in Cornwall. The cafe has shop copies of all the books for sale as well as all the latest mags and the daily newspapers. Come in and relax at the coffee bar or hang out on the newly built deck outside. Customers can also take advantage of free WIFI.
Feel free to stop by and say hello. It’s easy to find – it’s the big, white, art-deco building in the right hand side as you drive into Braunton on your way to the beach.
