Axi Muniain @ Agiti. Massive
Axi Muniain is a Basque ball of energy, built for big waves. He and his friends recently got a chance to ride a wave known as ‘Perus’, or ‘Agiti’, first surfed 5 years ago by Basque big-wave pioneer, Ibon Amatrian. It hasn’t been ridden since, so when this massive swell that hit at the end of March the young guns jumped at the chance to sample it.
