Mick Fanning 2007 Foster's ASP World Champion

Mick secured the 2007 Foster’s ASP World Title as well as successfully defending his Hang Loose Santa Catarina Pro title in Imbituba, Brazil. Fanning defeated close friend Joel Parkinson in the first Semifinal to meet Kai Otton in the final heat of the event. Despite already having claimed the title, Mick continued to surf in fine form to win the event and be crowned the Hang Loose Santa Catarina Pro 2007 Champion.
