Quik's Ceremonial 2011 in Chile ... went off.

1 comments 09:23PM Fri, 3rd June 2011

Punta de Lobos in Chile is one of those rare waves that’s fun from from four foot to forty, or more.
No surprise then that it’s one of the most important stops on the new Big Wave World Tour.
This year’s event, which went off last week, scored some pretty impressive 18-20ft surf and all the usual suspects came out to play.
Except that this year it was won by a Brazilian, Marcos Monteiro, a long-time Lobos aficionado.
If you don’t speak Spanish, this video will just be a visual experience for you, but a pretty good one nonetheless.
